Our personal training relationship with you begins with an in-person consultation. We get to know more about your personal goals, health and exercise history, and overall fitness level. Personal training prices begin at $35 per 30-minute session. We DO NOT offer group training at this time.
TRG encourages and requires a commitment from each client. We are able to build a training regimen for almost any goal. We reward commitment by reducing the price per session for training packages of 3 sessions or more. We understand the need for flexibility, and almost all of our larger packages can be billed in installments so that your focus can be on your goals.
