Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled service to fill out necessary paperwork. If you do not arrive 15 min prior the time it takes to fill out paperwork will be deducted from your total service time. Please keep in mind our esthetician may have appointments after yours.



A credit card must be on file to hold any appointments, however you may pay as you please upon arrival. Please keep in mind that this credit card will be used to cover any late and or cancellation fees unless another form of payment is provided.

FOR NEW CLIENTS, Services booked above a certain price will be charged a one-time deposit = 20% of the service price.



Of course we know things happen. If you're running late for your appointment, please contact us ASAP. At 10 minutes past your scheduled time a late fee will be added to your final bill for services. After 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment you may be asked to reschedule.
**We will always do our best to accommodate you but we reserve the right to reschedule if necessary.
-Services under 60 minutes get a 5 minute grace period
-Services 60 minutes & up get a 10 minute grace period

 

Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

Same day cancellations will result in a 50% charge to the card on file.



No call/no show for appointment will result in 100% charge to the card on file. After 2 No Shows all services must be paid in full at the time of scheduling for ANY future appointments.

NO REFUNDS



Sometimes things aren't quite as you expected. If you're not pleased with you're service (ex. hair was missed during removal, or you experience lash fall out) we give you 72 hours to come back and receive a Customization (up to 30 min of time to altar service) free of charge.
